Local swimming pools within Ceredigion are plentiful with the nearest, Lampeter just 10 minutes away; others include: Newcastle Emlyn, Llandysul, Aberystwyth, Cardigan and Aberaeron. There are also many surfing sites across the mid-Wales coast. White water rafting, canoeing and other water sports are very popular in Ceredigion, especially along the river Teifi a few miles away.
