The upstairs sitting room is situated above the kitchen and comprises an oak floor, two luxury leather sofas, TV, DVD player, video recorder and views of the church, woodland and valley beyond. Window leads to outside steps with railings, ideal for surveying the beautiful landscape at sunset or sunrise.
